I requested a shipment on the website, but I don't want it any more. What do I need to do?
If you've already left the shipment at the ServicePoint, contact our customer service department to try to stop the shipment here. However, we can't guarantee that this will be possible. If you haven't yet delivered the package or we've been able to stop the shipment, you'll need to provide the following information to our customer service department: sender's and recipient's name, shipment reference number, invoice number, and amount paid so we can process the return correctly.
What should I do if I haven't received confirmation of my shipment?
On the last screen of the label creation wizard, you'll be able to download both the label and the invoice. Reaching this screen means the shipment is confirmed. We'll also send you an email confirming the purchase. Check your spam folder in case the email has gone there.
Where should I go if I have any questions about the payment made online?
As soon as your payment has been made, we'll send a copy of your invoice to the email address you've given us. Occasionally our email may go to the spam folder. Please also check your spam folder in case our email has gone there.
