My shipment has been delivered to a DHL collection point
 

If you're expecting a shipment and it's at a collection point, we'll send you an email with the name of the ServicePoint where you can collect it, and its opening hours. If you want to find the nearest ServicePoint to change your delivery, check this page.
If your shipment has already been changed, you won't be able to change it again. If it's out for delivery, you'll only be able to choose delivery to a neighbour/concierge.

You have 10 calendar days to collect it. If you provided your email address at the time of purchase, you'll receive an email when your shipment is at the ServicePoint. This email will include the address and opening hours of the ServicePoint where you can collect it.
If you haven't collected your shipment from the ServicePoint after a week, you'll receive a reminder informing you that you only have three more days to collect it.

If you provided your email address at the time of purchase, you'll receive an email with the details of the ServicePoint that has your shipment.

Yes, a third party can collect your shipment from the ServicePoint as long as they provide a duly completed authorisation form and a copy of the ID of the person authorising collection of the shipment. The authorised person must also show ID. Download the authorisation form here.

In order to collect your shipment from a DHL Parcel ServicePoint, you'll need your ID or a document confirming your identity. If you can't collect the shipment yourself, you can authorise someone else to collect it. The authorised person will need to take a copy of your ID, their ID and this signed authorisation form.

If the shipment is at a specific collection point, it can't be sent elsewhere. Remember that ServicePoints have long opening hours, and you have 10 days to collect your shipment.

After 10 calendar days, the order is automatically returned to the sender, so it can no longer be collected.
