I want to pick up my shipment from a DHL collection point (ServicePoint). Where can I find my nearest one?
If you're expecting a shipment and it's at a collection point, we'll send you an email with the name of the ServicePoint where you can collect it, and its opening hours. If you want to find the nearest ServicePoint to change your delivery, check this page.
If your shipment has already been changed, you won't be able to change it again. If it's out for delivery, you'll only be able to choose delivery to a neighbour/concierge.
How long do I have to collect my shipment from the ServicePoint?
You have 10 calendar days to collect it. If you provided your email address at the time of purchase, you'll receive an email when your shipment is at the ServicePoint. This email will include the address and opening hours of the ServicePoint where you can collect it.
If you haven't collected your shipment from the ServicePoint after a week, you'll receive a reminder informing you that you only have three more days to collect it.
How do I know that my shipment is at a ServicePoint?
To find out if your shipment is at a DHL Parcel collection point, check the shipment tracking website where you'll find the address and opening hours of the ServicePoint if it's there. If you provided your email address at the time of purchase, you'll receive an email with the details of the ServicePoint that has your shipment.
Can I authorise someone else to collect my shipment from a ServicePoint?
Yes, a third party can collect your shipment from the ServicePoint as long as they provide a duly completed authorisation form and a copy of the ID of the person authorising collection of the shipment. The authorised person must also show ID. Download the authorisation form here.
What documents do I need to collect my order from the ServicePoint?
In order to collect your shipment from a DHL Parcel ServicePoint, you'll need your ID or a document confirming your identity. If you can't collect the shipment yourself, you can authorise someone else to collect it. The authorised person will need to take a copy of your ID, their ID and this signed authorisation form.
Can I change ServicePoint if my shipment is ready for collection from a different ServicePoint?
If the shipment is at a specific collection point, it can't be sent elsewhere. Remember that ServicePoints have long opening hours, and you have 10 days to collect your shipment.
My shipment has been at the collection point (ServicePoint) for 10 days. Can I still collect it?
After 10 calendar days, the order is automatically returned to the sender, so it can no longer be collected.
