If you've received a damaged or incomplete shipment and you reported it to the delivery person when the shipment was delivered to you, you should contact the sender. If you didn't report anything at the time of delivery, you must notify us of the damage via this form within 7 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 7 working days for international shipments. We'll need the shipment reference and photos of the shipment to assess the damage.
