Yes, you can change the shipping address within your province, redirect the delivery to a collection point (ServicePoint), change the delivery date or choose a neighbour or concierge to receive the delivery. You can do this using your shipment number via the website www.dhlparcel.es/en/private-customers.html, or via the email you receive with the expected delivery date.
I've received notice of the delivery date and I'm not going to be at home. What are my options for changing delivery of my shipment?
You can choose a collection point (ServicePoint), change the delivery date, choose a neighbour or concierge to receive the delivery, or change the delivery address. Once the shipment is out for delivery, you'll only be able to choose a neighbour or concierge to receive it. Check the status of your shipment via email or enter your shipment number at www.dhlparcel.es/en/private-customers.html and change the delivery.
