Find your nearest ServicePoint and its opening hours here. You have access to a network of over 3,500 collection points throughout mainland Spain. Once the shipment is out for delivery, you'll only be able to choose a neighbour or concierge to receive it. Check the status of your shipment via email or enter your shipment number at https://www.dhlparcel.es/en/private-customers.html and change the delivery.

Once your shipment is delivered to a ServicePoint, you have 10 calendar days to collect it. If the sender has given us your email address, we'll let you know when the shipment is at the ServicePoint and you'll also receive a reminder when it has been there for seven days. If we don't have your email address, you'll receive a text message.

Our network of ServicePoints is dynamic and is updated regularly. Your favourite collection point may be temporarily closed or on holiday. Don't worry - there are over 3,500 ServicePoints throughout mainland Spain, so you can find your nearest one. Find your ServicePoint here.

We'll tell you if it's at a ServicePoint and which one it's at. If we have your email address, we'll also send you an email with the details of the ServicePoint. Check your postbox. Our delivery driver may have left a missed delivery note like this.

If you can't collect the shipment yourself, you can authorise someone else to collect it on your behalf. They'll need to take a copy of your ID, their ID and this signed authorisation form.

In order to collect your shipment from a DHL Parcel ServicePoint, you'll need your ID or a document confirming your identity. If you can't collect the shipment yourself, you can authorise someone else to collect it. The authorised person will need to take a copy of your ID, their ID and this signed authorisation form.

If the shipment is out for delivery, you'll only be able to choose a neighbour or concierge to receive it. Remember that the delivery can only be changed once. If it's already been changed, you won't be able to change it again. If payment is made by cash on delivery or your shipment is bigger than 120x60x60 cm, it can't be delivered to a ServicePoint.

If the shipment is at a specific collection point, it can't be sent elsewhere. Remember that ServicePoints have long opening hours, and you have 10 days to collect your shipment.

After 10 calendar days, the order is automatically returned to the sender, so it can no longer be collected.

You can postpone delivery of your shipment for up to 7 working days, choose a neighbour or concierge to receive the delivery or change the delivery address (within the same province) here. You also have the option to collect your shipment directly from the DHL Parcel office. To do this, you should contact our customer service team here.
